Okay so i was planning on going to the lake with my friends and girlfriend the day before my trip to Ontario. It was my day off so i thought okay go to the lake before i leave. Well i get a phone call from my boss asking me to come into work and since i had plans i respectfully declined. So i went into work to grab my check and i said that i had plans to go to the lake, and she got mad at me. So was i wrong to say no and should've gone to work and not go to the lake?
